This is a trustworthy design that consistently results in the breakthrough TITAN of the T145 series ™  Based on the T220 probe, ensure minimal parasitic probe coupling with the solder pad, thereby obtaining consistent and reliable data throughout the entire frequency range. The tip width is as small as 15 μ m, and the smoothness is extremely small, which can significantly simplify measuring equipment with small contact pads. This probe series has a 0.8mm coaxial connector interface with the instrument, so it can be integrated with various types of measuring instruments, such as Anli's VectorStar ®  And the PNA-X series from Keysight Technologies.

The T145A model is designed to directly connect to the spread spectrum, eliminating the need for lossy cables and having the lowest insertion loss in the industry, maximizing the measurement dynamic range and overall RF performance of the system.

The TITAN TM T145 probe provides GSG and GSGSG probe tips with a spacing range of 50 μ m to 150 μ m and a step size of 25 μ m.
